How To Prepare For Your Cleaning

Preparing for your cleaning service is essential to ensure the best possible outcome and a hassle-free experience for both you and the technician. We understand that you may need some assistance with preparation and we are happy to help,  but here's a detailed guide to help you get ready:

Pressure Washing Service

  1. Clear the Area: Remove any obstacles, such as outdoor furniture, toys, or equipment, from the areas to be cleaned. Clearing the space allows the pressure washing technician to access all surfaces easily and ensures a thorough cleaning without any obstructions.

  2. Secure Fragile Items: Take the time to secure or relocate any delicate items or decorations near the cleaning area. This includes items like outdoor light fixtures, decorative accents, or fragile planters.

  3. Close Windows and Doors: Seal off any leaky openings, such as around windows, doors, and vents, to prevent water from entering your home or other structures. We do a pre and post inspection to do our due diligence on this as well. This step is crucial for protecting your interior spaces and belongings from potential water damage during the cleaning process.

  4. Communicate Special Requirements: If there are specific areas or surfaces that require special attention or that you'd like the technician to avoid, be sure to communicate these preferences ahead of time.

  5. Secure Pets: For safety reasons, it's advisable to keep pets indoors or in a secure area away from the cleaning site during the pressure washing service. This helps prevent accidents or injuries and allows the technician to work without distractions.

  6. Ensure Access to Water Sources: Make sure that the pressure washing technician has access to outdoor water sources, such as spigots or hose connections. Clear pathways and unlock gates.

  7. Plan for Parking: If the pressure washing service requires access to your driveway or parking area, make arrangements to clear the space beforehand. We prefer street parking as long as it is in front of property.

Solar Panel Cleaning

  1. Turn Off the System: As a safety precaution, switch off your solar panel system before the cleaning service begins. This prevents any electrical hazards and ensures the safety of both the cleaning team and your equipment.

  2. Communicate Any Specifics: Inform the cleaning team of any specific concerns or requirements you may have, such as delicate components or areas needing extra attention. Clear communication ensures that the cleaning service meets your expectations.

  3. Provide Access: Ensure that there is clear access to the solar panels, both from the ground and any access points on the roof. Remove any obstacles or barriers that may hinder the cleaning process and ensure the safety of the cleaning team.

Window Cleaning Service

  1. Open Blinds and Curtains: Open Blinds and curtains to allow the cleaners easy access to the windows. This ensures thorough cleaning of both the glass and the window frames.

  2. Clear Window Sills and Ledges: Clear window sills and ledges of any items such as plants, decorations, or personal belongings. Removing these items prevents obstruction during cleaning and reduces the risk of damage.

  3. Communicate Any Specific Needs: If there are particular windows or areas of concern, or if you have any special requests, communicate these to the cleaning team in advance.

  4. Secure Pets: We Love Pets but for safety reasons and to minimize distractions, it's advisable to keep pets in a secure area away from the windows being cleaned during the service.

  5. Arrange Parking: If the window cleaners will need to access windows from the outside, ensure that there is convenient parking available nearby for their vehicle and equipment.

  6. Provide Access: Ensure that there is clear access to all windows, both inside and outside the building. Clear pathways and remove any obstacles that may impede the cleaners' access to the windows.

Gutter  Cleaning Service

  1. Clear the Area: Remove any obstacles such as outdoor furniture, potted plants, or decorations from around the perimeter of your home. Clearing the area allows the cleaning team easy access to your gutters and ensures they can work safely and efficiently.

  2. Trim Overhanging Branches: Trim back any overhanging branches or foliage near your gutters. This step helps prevent debris from falling back into the gutters after they've been cleaned and ensures the safety of the cleaning team.

  3. Secure Fragile Items: If you have any delicate items or decorations near your gutters, such as outdoor light fixtures or decorations, consider securing or relocating them temporarily. This helps prevent accidental damage during the cleaning process.

  4. Communicate Any Special Requirements: If there are specific areas of concern or if you have any special requests, be sure to communicate them to the cleaning team ahead of time.

Roof Cleaning

We perform pre and post inspections for our roof cleaning service that is timestamped and emailed to you. Here are a few additional steps you can take to protect your property.

  1. Protect Sensitive Areas: Cover or secure any sensitive areas, such as outdoor furniture, plants, or decorative items, to shield them from cleaning solutions and debris. This precaution helps prevent damage and ensures that your property remains protected during the cleaning process.

  2. Communicate Any Concerns: Inform the cleaning team of any specific concerns you may have, such as fragile roofing materials or areas requiring special attention. Clear communication ensures that the cleaning service is tailored to your needs and preferences.
